A big part of my work is finding where teams lose time unnecessarily: moving information between tools, entering the same data twice, following up manually, or rebuilding reports from scratch. I use n8n, APIs, and AI tools to solve those problems.
My goal is to build automation that genuinely helps with day-to-day work—not an impressive demo that gets abandoned a few weeks later.

I am Reza Dostipour. My work path started from software and web development, reached network and infrastructure management, and then continued with technical sales, CRM and team management.
This diverse experience has made me not only think about technical implementation when designing an automation. It is important for me that the solution is compatible with the way the team works, has a reasonable maintenance cost and can measure its results.
These days, my focus is on artificial intelligence automation and business process intelligence; From identifying the problem and designing the work path to connecting tools with n8n and API, error management and gradual improvement of the solution.

Not in sensitive decisions. AI can organize, summarize or make suggestions; But where the customer's foot, money or an important decision is involved, the final approval should be left in the hands of the people.
From the beginning, we specify what data each department needs and who should have access to it. Codes are not written into the workflow and there is a clear path for error, event logging, and accesses.
Automation must be trackable. For failed alert executions, the error log and retry method are redefined, and the workflow remains documented so that finding the problem is not dependent on guesswork.
First, we review a specific task as it is done today. If the automation made sense for it, we'd test a limited portion with real data and then decide where to go.
Work that is done infrequently, doesn't have a clear path, or where a mistake has serious consequences is usually not a good option for full automation. Sometimes simplifying the process is more useful than adding new tools.
